Rajit Punshi
Founder & CEORajit is a serial entrepreneur and former banker. He established ORP2b (legal entity The Operational Risk Practice Pte. Ltd) in 2011 after a successful career spanning 21 years with Standard Chartered Group where his last role was Group Head of Operational Risk Policy & Process. Rajit’s accomplishments in the Operational risk space were recognised when he was voted as the “Top 50 Faces” of Operational risk globally in 2009-10 post the Great Financial Crisis by the industry’s leading Risk & Compliance journal.
Under Rajit’s Leadership ORP2b has successfully executed projects across SE Asia, Middle East, Africa, UK-EU and US. With over 300+ domain experts under its wing ORP2b stands today as a niche marketplace delivering IT, Risk and Transformation solutions to various industries globally.
In 2023, ORP2b established ORP2bTech Sdn. Bhd. A 100% subsidiary in Malaysia, to strengthen its focus on IT Risk, Security & Resilience domains.
ORP2bTech in a very short span has secured the prestigious CCP Strategic Partner status with CyberSecurity Malaysia as a demonstration of its focus and commitment to enhancing Security and Resilience across firms in Malaysia and also beyond.
ORP2bTech aims to strengthen awareness of Technology risk and enhance risk culture at an individual firm and also broader industry level in Malaysia through it’s Expert and Solution offering. Our approach is comprehensive, foundational, holistic and practical. It will also progressively undertake Cyber Security benchmarking reviews to enhance awareness around industry good practices, common issues & challenges and make recommendations to strengthen risk management and resilience.
